As you might well guess April can’t end soon enough. Over half of what I spent those year went out this month. Taxes, new laptop, some software and other goodies. But the worst is about over and I can more or less settle back into a routine.
The hunt for income continues. I’ve pretty much resigned myself to the fact I’m no longer employable. Be it age, my charming wit and devastating good looks, whatever it is, it ain’t exactly wowing anybody. I am still plugging away at my own thing but it will take time. It does get frustrating as hell sometimes. The lack of a bunch of possessions and debt has made it all much easier. Minimalism does have its perks. On to May and hopefully a cheaper rest of the year.
